It is hard to believe Halloween has come and gone we hope everyone had a safe and Happy Halloween. What’s even harder to believe, is Christmas is only fifty five days away, but have you ever wondered to yourself, what happened to Thanksgiving? It seems like the second Halloween is over the Christmas music is on in the stores, decorations are up and the commercials begin. From a retailer’s point of view they must accommodate everyone from the early bird shoppers to the last minute ones. It just seems like Thanksgiving gets pushed aside a little. So when you are humming Jingle Bells in the next couple of days, take a few minutes to think of Thanksgiving Day on November 25th, 2010. The day for expressing thanks for the good things in life, especially family and friends.
